Functioning of the Society
The society is performing all its activities in a democratic way. Each of the activities is approved in the executive body prior to the implementation. Major decisions are taken in GB meeting. Executive body meets as and when required to review the progress of the society. The General Body meeting is held once in a year.
Sanctioning powers
Power for expenditure sanction amounting Rs. 5,000/- is delegated to the Secretary and Editor of the society. President/Vice President can sanction any amount up to Rs 25000/-. The expenditure in respect to amount beyond this should be made with prior approval of the executive.
